Ultimate Velveeta Mac and Cheese Photos Included

I have been looking for more meals to make from scratch that also are hits with even the pickiest eaters, aka my kids. I decided to try out a Velveeta Macaroni and Cheese. This was a very easy recipe that only took about 20 minutes to take and was well worth it.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Elbow Macaroni, uncooked
  • 3/4 lb. (12 oz.) Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/3 Cup Milk
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper.

Since my energy has been kind of blah lately, I made a double batch so we had leftovers so later.

While the noodles were boiling, I began cutting the Velveeta cheese into cubes.

After draining macaroni, add in milk, cheese cubes, and pepper.

Cook on low heat until Velveeta is completely melted and blended. Because of Velveeta’s texture, it’s important to stir frequently.

This will be a definite must have again in our household! It was quick and easy and a big hit!

  1. This sounds like the recipe my mom used to cook when we were kids. It is super yummy. The blue box stuff doesn’t even begin to compare to this mac and cheese!;)

  2. This sounds like a really good recipe. My kids love the boxed macaroni and cheese and this looks much better than that. I will definitely try it. Thanks.
