Oral hygiene is a big thing for me. I was born with honestly, an unknown birth defect that left me missing six permanent teeth. I then developed fluorosis which impacted my teeth’s enamel. That in itself caused me quite a bit of hurt and let’s just say that smile got smaller. I was lucky enough to be able to get dental implants and veneers for my main “smile teeth” that were impacted but let’s just say, it was a long and trying experience when I had to wait until I was almost 18 to do.
Because of my experiences, I have taken a proactive stance in taking care of our families oral health. I have done what I can to get their girls excited about brushing their teeth and of course, the best way to teach is to role model. Thanks to Mom Central, I have been given the chance to be a part of the Crest Pro Health Complete Rinse Test Drive.
I make sure to brush my teeth atleast twice a day. I use a mouthwash that I have switched to the Crest Pro Health Complete Rinse. I will admit, I need to get back to flossing consistently as well, I have slacked in that department since becoming a mom. One thing I hate about that mouthwash is the intense and obvious alcohol burning sensation you usually get. This is one plus to the Crest Pro Health Complete Rinse is ALCOHOL FREE.
The six listed benefits of the Crest Pro Health are-
- Rebuilds Teeth Enamel
- Helps Prevent Cavities
- Cleans Teeth & Gums
- Kills Bad Breath Germs
- Freshens Breath
- No Burn of Alcohol
Obviously, you can not just use this but need to stay consistent in brushing your teeth to make sure you keep that smile strong and healthy.
I love the feeling of having a clean mouth and Crest Pro Health gives you that. As I use the Complete Rinse, I’m not having that dry feeling. My mouth is still recovering from some of those nasty meds the doctors gave me that dried my mouth out.
