WWEMoms Support Make-A-Wish World Wish Day Twitter Party! 1

If there is one organization I had to pick that completely inspires me, I’d pick the Make-A-Wish Foundation. The entire concept of helping dreams and wishes come true for children with life-threatening medical conditions.

My favorite WWE Superstar John Cena has become the Number 1 “Wish Maker” for the Make-A-Wish foundation, granting well over 300 wishes. The WWE has had a 30 year partnership with Make-A-Wish and helps bring smiles to these children each and every year.

World Wish Day is April 29th and allows individuals everywhere to see how they can do their part to help make these wishes possible for children and their families. As a Mom, I am blessed that my children have overall been healthy but I’m also so happy that these children are given the chance to just be a kid and enjoy a day without all the needles, hospitals, and so forth.

Before WrestleMania 29 this year, I heard a little boy, Alex, on the Elvis Duran Show who was going to WrestleMania thanks to WWE and Make-A-Wish. As I was driving my daughter to school, tears filled my eyes knowing this little boys dreams were being made true. He was surprised with a phone call from Ryback while on air and hearing Ryback’s words of encouragement and inspiration was amazing. At that point, it was a reminder of why I am so proud to be a member of the #WWEMoms Team and love what I do to support all that they do.
