Iowa is under “emergency flash flooding”. When we lived in Ames, it flooded in 2008. The creek is expected to crest 5 feet above what it did at flooding of that time.
After the storms over the weekend, we drove around taking pictures. Tonight it started again while I was in the ER. As soon as I got home-power went out and was out about an hour. Interstates are flooding. Lightening. Everything.
