This week I’ve been a bit slower with my workouts but I’m still seeing results. We’ve spent alot of time outside knowing colder weather is coming soon and my doctor told me if I’m being active to take it easier on the Total Gym. I’ve still been doing squats and pushing myself a bit more than he’d like to know about (I sure hope he’s not reading my Total Gym Challenge Updates!) but I got one of my killer headaches that put me in lazy mode.

I didn’t do alot of measurements this past week but I’m happy to announce my weight is now at 151.1! Jeans are starting to get loose but of course, I’m still not in the pants I was pre-fibro. Slowly but surely. I’ve had more energy overall which I know I can thank the Total Gym for. Going outside, I’ve been able to keep up with chasing the girls around and playing. I feel stronger and don’t feel like I’m straining to pick them up.

When I think about the changes that have been made since starting the Total Gym Total Mom Challenge, I’ve noticed a change in lifestyle overall. I’ve been getting the girls more active out running around, I’ve been finding more ways to cook food for the entire family, and been more aware of decisions overall.

For Week 4, be prepared for another measurement list along with weigh in. I have another round of Trigger Point Injections coming up on October 25th so I need to get in as much workout time as possible in case I need to tone it down for a few days again.
