Ultimately, this recipe was very creamy and delicious! We all added some bacon afterwards to give it that extra kick but I could easily see playing with and adapting the recipe to make it perfect for you and your family.

  1. That sounds really good.
Hubby has asked me to look for some chicken and egg noodle recipes because those are the things he LOVES. I am definitely going to try this as I really like those things too, but I LOVE almost anything if you add bacon to it. MMMMMM
    Thanks for sharing. =)

  2. This sounds delicious! I’m bookmarking! I will likely add some chopped veggies and a pinch of crushed red pepper as well–don;t you just love how adaptable most crock pot recipes are!

  3. I have made this twice. My husband and I LOVE it!! I made a two changes to suit us. I don’t add bacon bits and I use boneless chicken thighs (white meat isn’t the same reheated the next day). This is a FANTASTIC recipe and I’m so happy to have stumbled upon it! We had it tonight for dinner. I’m so excited for left overs tomorrow!!
