American Heart Association

With Summer coming, there’s lots of outside activities. Last year, we had plenty of fun taking Kelsie to the pool for the first time. Of course with that, it’s important to know about First Aid.

The American Heart Association makes it very possible for individuals to become First Aid and C.P.R Certified. Not only are individuals able to learn in the typical classroom setting but the American Heart Association now makes it possible to “self teach” with the C.P.R. Anytime very easy to set up and definitely helped me practice

I am certified in both First Aid and C.P.R. and it really is very easy and worth it knowing you have the skills in case you are faced in emergency. I have helped give aid several times at car accidents and it’s good knowing I can help.

The first week in June is National CPR and AED Awareness Week. The American Heart Association has made it easy for you to find the training that will work for you to help gain these necessary skills. You never know when something you’d least expect can happen and you will be happy knowing you can help.
