Have you ever noticed that vitamins most of the time are full on horse pills? Since I’ve been taking a more proactive approach to my health, I have been focusing on taking daily vitamins to get my energy levels up and help with metabolism, etc. Having to swallow that pills sometimes can be a total pain but you have to do it to get the proper nutrients. Or do you?
AlternaVites Vitamin Powder is a new way of making sure you get your vitamins. This unique product is multivitamin and mineral crystals in individually wrapped servings. By having a powder, you don’t have to worry about gagging on those darn pills and can still get the vitamins you need.
At first I was nervous to try out the alternaVites. It stated that they were a mixed berry flavor so I figured it was worth a shot. It did dissolve rather quickly on my tongue and didn’t leave an extreme after taste. There’s no need to use water to take alternaVites and you can use the amount of the packet you are comfortable worth. The alternaVites are meant for adults so this is something to keep out of reach of children, just like any other medicine and vitamins.

I can’t swallow pills at all so I am always looking for alternatives to them. Never heard of this before so thanks for the info. Wish they were just a tad less expensive, but I will probably still try them one of these days.
