Halloween is over and of course, the kids have attacked the candy (as much as Mom will let them). As we wrap up the Listerine Sweet Smart Challenge, it’s only the beginning of having good oral health care for our children. Our kids are only allowed a piece of candy here or there and I’ve done everything this year to limit the extremely stick candies that can be hard to get off those precious teeth.
Maybe I have been blessed but, my children LOVE having their teeth brushed. They are proud when it comes to making sure their teeth are sparkly clean so it’s no fight for me to get them upstairs and in the bathroom, we just need simple encouragements.
My girls are on the younger side of the recommendations for Smart Rinse but they’ve understood and practiced with water before using the Smart Rinse. The girls have loved the chance to pick which character Smart Rinse they were going to use. When it came to flossing, Aubrey doesn’t have very many teeth touching so there were several easy gaps to get through and Kelsie has had practice before.
While we had our trip to Florida in the middle of the challenge, we were sure to have the girls’ hygiene products in the first bag to grab so we could grab as we got in and out of hotels on our drive.
Oral hygiene is a must and I’m happy to have had the chance to help provide that extra encouragement. Our little girls are signed up with the America’s ToothFairy Kids Club so they can continue to receive encouragement from others as well in keeping those smiles beautiful.
I received products from Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Products Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc., and The Motherhood as part of my participation in the LISTERINE SMART RINSE Sweet Smart Challenge. All thoughts and opinions expressed in this post are my own.
