Toys that help build imagination are something I love for my girls. It’s such an amazing feeling seeing them create and tell me stories as they play. Wooden Play Food Sets just always seem to be a big hit to me. They are durable, and usually have plenty of fun options depending on what it is. This Tiered Cake gives your little bakers the decision of how to decorate the cake-Is it a wedding cake? Birthday Cake? Just Because? With decorations from the bride and groom topper to adorable flowers, the decision is up to them.

Wooden Play ToysThis cake is very solid so for younger kids, I would make sure they have some help if they are “carrying the cake to serve” to their special guests.  Size specifications are at Size: 6.25″ x 10.25″ x 8″.

Kelsie and Aubrey have loved “cutting the cake” to give pieces and decorating it in various ways. This is truly a toy that keeps them playing. We’ve grabbed toy food sets randomly but so far, this has been their favorite. Each piece holds together with a piece of velcro. Kelsie could tell me which piece was “white” and which “chocolate” as she played. She created a little story as she was going.
