My Gym At Home Review and Giveaway

Living healthy is one of many important things I wish to teach my little girls as they grow up. Not only is it vital for them to eat healthy but it’s a necessity to stay active and fit. mygymathome

My Gym Children’s Fitness Centers has created a perfect DVD for parents with little ones from the age of 6 months to 3 years old. MY GYM AT HOME:Fun with Monique, features a variety of fun exercises for children to help develop motor skills, flexibility, and social skills.

This 45 minute video brings My Gym into your home to spend bonding time with your child and enjoy the personal interaction. Each “chapter”  is just the right amount of time to keep those little brains entertained as they move.

My Gym at Home has fun step by step instructions for parents to help get those little ones moving and enjoying personal bonding time. Don’t forget your “warm-up” exercises as well as the same “cool down” type exercises we as adults learn. It’s also very easy to move the exercises at your own pace.

We are a very active family and Kelsie and Aubrey loved My Gym at Home. While Kelsie was dancing along and moving with the exercises, Aubrey loved the chance to bounce and even do a baby headstand! (With Mommy’s help of course) Be ready for fun and giggles no matter what age your little one might be. Kelsie loved singing along with Monique!

My Gym at Home can be purchased for $15.95 at BabyFirstTV
