Being a College Mom

I love knowing that I am going to school for something I love. But, when you live in Iowa-it can suck.

We’re in a snow blizzard that many news reports are saying later today travel will be impossible. But yet, my college is still open-an hour away from me. I have a ton of people telling me to stay home but when some classes are only once a week for three hours a time and the instructor TAKES points for attendance, it makes it hard to not try and go.

So now I sit here, worrying about class and what to do.

Just close down already.
