I’ve had to give myself many injections. I’m good with needles and it still sucks. Hope they don’t hurt you much.
I’m sorry you’re having to do these Jenna but I hope they are helping.
If they’re anything like the injections for carpal tunnel I’m already not a fan.

Euuww… sure hope you are getting relief. I do not have fond memories of mine, but that was 15 years ago… I am trying PT at the moment. ~hugs~
