This is the park I grew up in. We camped here, fished here, everything when I was little. It really is sad to see it like this especially knowing what it looks like. It was too chilly to get out of my car but if I could have got pictures of one of the camping areas, it wasn’t pretty. I can’t even think about how far the water was up where these pictures are at but it’s far-it’s pretty obvious at one point it was likely over the road I was on.
Wow! You had it pretty bad in your area! We live near Fargo so we see similar pictures to this. Kind of hard to see.

I hate this time of year strictly for that reason…it always floods pretty bad where we live.

How awful! We were lucky this year-we had a lot of flooding, but very little damage.

That sucks! We get that a lot where I live. The lake is right here and when we get Heavy rains it floods sometimes. There was one time a few years ago that several roads were closed for months because it washed the road away.

I hate when Mother nature kicks us in the butt! I hope you didn’t have much personal damage. we got heavy down pours last night & all the farm fields & culverts were flooded.. lots of spring showing but the ground is still frozen a good 6 inches down yet… I hope it doesn’t wash out roads again..
