These caramel pretzels look amazing! Yummy! http://www.youcanmakethis.com/info/cooking-baking/Make-Caramel-Pretzels-.htm
‘m not a crafter at all. But since I’ve recently become a SAHM I’ve found that fun projects I can do with the kids are awesome! (I even have have a make your own sock puppet kit giveaway on my blog right now!)
I’d love to win this for my super crafty friend who loves to make costumes!
I’m eating some candy corn right now. Yummy!
Where is everybody???
My sister is having my good friend make a jellybean costume for her 8 month old named Bella. Her nickname is Jelly Belly.
Wow…it is so hard to be all alone!
My youngest is going to be a monkey!
It is perfect for him because he is just a climber and into everything!
He also gets super excited about bananas!
It is so soft. I got it as a steal at the end of the season last year.
I think it was from babycenter.com for only $3 or so and it normally a $30 costume.
I tried it on him the other day. It is a little bit big but will definitely work and keep him warm.
Living in Minnesota, Halloween is often times super chilly.
His brother wants to be a firefighter!
I’m considering just using stuff we already have like his firefighter rain boots, free hat from a local furniture store and a pair of firefighter dress up pjs.
Really wish I had a firefighter jacket thought. Will have to think about that!
I don’t think I’ll dress up this year.
Well, maybe I will for my hubby.
I got a dirty cop costume from Eden Fantasys to review.
You can BET I’m not wearing that out trick or treating!
Talking to yourself….sucks. Especially when I can’t talk about crafts because I suck at them. (generally speaking)
I want to be crafty. I like being creative!
But I don’t know how to sew and I’m a horrible artist!
I think I’d be good at scrapbooking.
I just haven’t found the time yet even though I do have a scrapbook for my oldest.
It has sat in a closet, empty for three years now. So sad!
I do think it is a bit of an expensive hobby.
I think of my blog as a kind of scrapbook.
I get to be creative and crafty with my blog. Just in a different way.
I really should be working on a blog post right now. Talking to myself is extra hard and slow.
Halloween is not fun when the weather is bad.
I remember one year having a huge snow storm for Halloween when I was 12.
Snow and Halloween don’t mix!
My cheapest costume was when I painted myself white and wore a black trashbag that said “white trash” in masking tape.
I love cheap and easy costumes that are clever versus traditional.
My husband was a voodoo priest that year.
He tried to have long black fingernails that year but he couldn’t do anything with them!
He ended up prying the first two fake fingernails off both hands. 🙂
This year both my boys are old enough to trick or treat. Should be fun!
But not as much fun as trying to stay on topic while chatting with myself and making sure to mention Halloween or crafts.
Lonely so lonely….I’m so lonely…
HALLOWEEN (just have to stay on topic)
Crafts rule! Does that count?
I would try the cute animal fleece hats for boys, or the ties, or the not so scary monster.
sorry I don’t know how to twitter & do not FB…
so I will pass on the extras…
thanks
I like the boys diaper covers.
