My Experience with MailPix

My Experience with MailPix 1

I am constantly snapping pictures. I love having the ability to capture a moment so we can remember forever. When I had the chance to check out MailPix.com, I was excited.

MailPix offers a variety of products easily customized with photos uploaded. I uploaded a variety of pictures we had taken throughout the year to create photo books, calendars, and more.

Unfortunately, when my first items started arriving, I was met with a disappointing surprise.

Despite taking the time to crop pictures just right, two photo books and a calendar came back like this. None of the pictures were “salvageable”. It was a very frustrating experience and I still don’t understand how three items shipped at different times could end up like this without anyone noticing the error before it reached the customer’s hands.

I contacted customer service to look into the errors. I’m not 100% sure what the issue was from it but I was told they were putting a fix in place so it would not happen to anyone else. So, there was a delay in receiving the items but they were replaced.

MailPix offers not only photo books but gifts such as blankets, pillowcases, travel mugs, and more.

I would have to say that our favorite product was the Custom Pillow Cases. My daughter Aubrey loves our old neighbors’ dog Princess so I decided the perfect gift for her was a pillow case she could snuggle with.

The goal of MailPix is to keep costs low and pass savings along to consumers. Using the latest easy-to-use web technology, integrated with social media, it is easier than ever to turn digital photos, Facebook and Instagram pictures into tangible products such as photo books, prints, cards, enlargements and a variety of gifts! MailPix was started by two Photo Industry veterans with a concern that a whole generation of photo memories, whether stored online, in hard drives or smart phones, would be lost to future generations and wanted to provide an affordable and simple way to turn images in memories.

All opinions are 100% my own and based on personal experiences.
