As I’ve been trying more natural remedies, I know I had recently seen a ton of friends talking about Apple Cider Vinegar and using it when they are feeling sick.
As I’ve felt the dreaded congestion and sore throat this past week, before looking anything up I figured what harm could it do? I grabbed our generic Apple Cider Vinegar and swallowed.
I then messaged a friend who said “Make sure it’s the unfiltered Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar”
I swallowed vinegar for nothing. Lesson learned.
