Dear QWest

Please do not call me to discuss this “issue” after I’ve e-mailed you for follow up. I’ve learned how easily things can be manipulated via the telephone. Your follow up discussion with me can be via e-mail or written letter thank you.

So happy to see your employees can violate Privacy Laws.

So is it the FTC I contact for my “confidential” information being given out? Or should I just go straight for a personal lawyer.

Hey QWest? Bite me.

  1. It’s so sad to see (or not see) that QWest still has this issue with you ongoing. I honestly expected them to do something about it. I will go without services before I use or recommend QWest’s services. So sad that this company is all about money money money and less about customer’s respect.
