I’m sure I’m not the only mother that has children that of course would be a chicken nugget if they got to eat them as often as they wished. While I was looking at recipes online to decide on an easy dinner plan this week, I saw several baked chicken options and decided to play to create my own Baked Chicken Nugget recipe.
Baked Chicken Nuggets
- 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into squared sections
- 1/2 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 TBSP Seasoned Salt
- 1 TSP Pepper
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine dried ingredients in a medium bowl.
Melt butter in a separate bowl.
Dip chicken into butter and then in dried ingredients bowl. Coat chicken with seasonings.
Bake chicken for approximately 15-20 minutes.
Our meal ended up being a big hit and seasonings can be adjusted to make just right for your family.
