A Party Success with Skylander’s Spyro’s Adventure #SkylandersParty

When it comes to sharing and checking out some of the latest and greatest products, I have to say I love when I have the opportunity to physically share products in person and of course, what better way to do so then when it comes to a House Party.

Over this weekend, I was given the opportunity to host a house party for a fun new game that I actually first heard about from one of my little brothers. When I heard about the Skylander’s Spryo’s Adventure Party, I knew I couldn’t pass up the chance to have a complete blast for our family and my brothers’ friends.

This brand new video game, suggested for kids ages 6-12 brings Spyro and the Skylanders back to life when they enter the “Portal of Power” and enter the game.

Skylanders Spyro’s Adventure is the first video game that lets kids, and kids at heart, bring their toys to life. When the Skylanders figures are placed on the Portal of Power™ – they are instantly brought to life in the video game.

Skylanders Spyro’s Adventure takes players on a magical adventure in the world of Skylands. The game takes place across a vast array of eye-dazzling levels and is filled with challenges, puzzles and mini-games. From taking on evil minions to solving puzzles or navigating unique environments – Skylanders Spyro’s Adventure is an ever-challenging and fun experience.

When my brother found out we were having the chance to throw this party, he was beyond ecstatic. From helping create invitations and making food, it was a blast for all involved.

From “Gill Grunt Punch” to “Dragon Wings” and “Dragon Dip” (recipes to follow!), there was plenty of food to eat which the kids easily ran off all that food between outside and checking out the games.

Each guest received a Skylander to take home.

After seeing how pumped the kids were to check out each Skylander and take turns playing, it was no surprise to me that Skylander’s Spyro’s Adventure is on the “Hot Holiday Toys” list from Toys R Us and a Top 20 from Toy Insider.
